Booking requests may include your company, property address, estimated area, property type, occupancy, requested service, access method, scheduling preferences, add-ons, payment preference, and consent records.

Information is used to answer inquiries, evaluate the service area and scope, estimate pricing, coordinate property access, schedule field work, produce and deliver reports, process payment, maintain business records, and resolve corrections or disputes.
Property information
Property addresses, schedules, occupancy, and access instructions are used only to plan and complete the requested service. Lockbox or alarm details should be arranged by phone.
