Business identity
Accurate Home Measuring, LLC is a company organized under Tennessee law. References to “Accurate Home Measuring” and “Accurate Home Measuring, LLC” refer to the same business.
Authority and permission to enter
A customer requesting service represents that they own the property or are authorized by the owner to grant access. The request authorizes Accurate Home Measuring and its field associates to enter for the limited purpose of measuring and verifying the property. The booking flow requires an explicit authority-and-access acknowledgment.
Access, safety, and inaccessible areas
Accurate Home Measuring cannot report areas that are not reasonably accessible. If a property or working condition is unsafe or unsuitable, the business may stop work and contact the customer about rescheduling, partial work, or a refund as applicable.
Scope and measurement method
The selected service defines the expected report detail. Total measured area for pricing includes finished and unfinished enclosed areas, garages, storage, and utility or furnace areas, plus requested detached structures when applicable. Areas that cannot be measured directly may be estimated or identified on the report.
Deliverables and timing
Standard reports are delivered by email as letter-size PDFs in portrait or landscape according to the plan. Basic and Detailed reports are normally delivered within three to five business days. Custom / As-Built projects normally require five to seven business days after scope confirmation. Rush priority targets 24–48 hours for an additional $95, subject to availability. Technical problems, access issues, unsafe conditions, and other reasonable delays may extend delivery.
Pricing and estimate changes
Basic and Detailed prices are based on estimated total measured area. If the verified area falls into a lower tier, the price is adjusted down. A significant overage may require the next-tier difference. Any change in scope or price is explained before the work proceeds.
Payment
Payment is generally required in advance unless another arrangement is approved. Accepted forms include credit or debit card, company or bank check, money order, approved personal check, and cash. Do not mail cash. Pre-approved professional accounts may be invoiced, with payment due on receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Corrections and replacement reports
Dimensions are reconciled during drawing production. Suspect information is checked, and the field associate may revisit the property. Customers should report concerns promptly. Replacement copies of prior reports may be available when the requester provides current contact information and the property address.
Report use and privacy
Accurate Home Measuring may use plans and summary reports for advertising when names, addresses, and other identifying information are removed. Contact the business with any question about use of a report.
Past-due accounts and collections
Past-due balances may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and a $35 processing fee after 30 days. Accounts remaining unpaid after 45 days may be referred for collection as permitted by law.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation is accepted only within two hours of order confirmation or acceptance of terms and must be confirmed by phone at 615.498.9047.
- A later cancellation made at least eight hours before the appointment receives a refund less a 10% processing fee.
- No refund is provided once the field associate has arrived.
- Card refunds are normally processed within ten business days.
