Basic MLS Measure sample

The Basic sample documents the exterior footprint and finished-area total while placing major room names on the plan. A separate schedule lists approximate room sizes for MLS use.

Detailed

Detailed Measure sample

The Detailed sample adds interior walls, circulation, openings, fixtures, counters, and dimensions throughout the plan. Measurements appear directly in the drawing instead of in a separate room schedule.

  • Full interior-wall plan and room relationships
  • Door swings, windows, closets, stairs, and wall openings
  • Kitchen counters and appliances plus bathroom fixtures
  • Exterior and interior dimensions placed throughout the drawing
